Supporters can now donate directly from our Facebook Page

If you follow us on Facebook (which we hope you do!), you may have noticed the new “Donate” button right below our cover photo on our Laughs for the Troops page. Facebook Business has approved our nonprofit organization to raise money directly from our page using this button. It’s an easy, quick way for you, our followers, to donate or start fundraisers on our behalf without leaving Facebook.

And the best part is that there are no fees, so 100 percent of your tax-deductible donation comes straight to our organization, allowing us to give the gift of laughter to more military service members, veterans and their families!

These fundraisers allow people, like you, to share your story through Facebook, Messenger, live video, and email. It helps your friends understand why raising money for LFTT is important to you and to the troops. You can easily reach friends who care about our mission, collect donations, and help us find new supporters. Every time someone donates, they are asked to share and invite friends.

Shared posts now include a “Donate” button so it makes it easy for others to donate within the news feed. You may have even seen friends creating birthday fundraisers or simply raising funds for their favorite nonprofits.  Please consider creating a fundraiser on our behalf, and help us spread the word by sharing and telling your friends. It takes just a few minutes. We appreciate your support!
